About Us

HADID Furniture is an online furniture store specializing in durable furniture crafted from 100% natural wood, designed with water and rust-resistant technology, and backed by a 2-year warranty.

Orders

Orders placed through our store are subject to confirmation and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Confirm orders before processing

  • Cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their orders before the order is confirmed.

Once the item has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Made-to-Order Furniture

Many of our products are manufactured after the order is placed. Customers may also request custom dimensions to better fit their space.

Because these items are produced specifically for each order:

  • Production begins after order confirmation.

  • Custom-size furniture cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.

Warranty

All eligible products include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage
