At HADID Furniture, we take pride in delivering high-quality furniture made from 100% natural wood and built to last. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
To qualify for a return:

The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

The item must have a manufacturing defect or shipping damage

The item must remain unused and in its original condition
Items returned for reasons other than defects or damage may not be accepted.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items (New)
Most HADID Furniture products are made to order and can be produced in custom sizes. Because these items are manufactured specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Return Process
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, and Provide Order details and Photos of the damage or defect
Our team will review the request and arrange the return if approved.
Return Shipping
HADID Furniture covers the return shipping cost for approved damaged or defective items.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method, or

A replacement product will be arranged based on customer preference.
